At the middle school level students need to understand the world of work and how it pertains to their future as 21st Century Learners. Each students needs to have the opportunity to explore different types of careers, whether the career takes them toward a pathway to college, the military or learning a trade. Setting short and long term academic, and career goals is essential when students are engaged and empowered to plot a path towards their ultimate goal. This year we will be exploring many different types of careers and helping our students to be productive and model citizens for the 21st century.
